A young man from the congregation says of Pastor Matt: "I remember the first time I heard him really get to preach; not a Wednesday Bible Study, but real exposition on the Word of God. It was then that I realized that this man had been set apart by God to preach the word. Now later, with him as my pastor, I realize he has truly all the more been set apart by God to lead his people." |

Youth Minister : Bro. Bryan Dention
| Bro. Bryan came to CSBC as our part time youth pastor, but has stepped up full bore. He is leadin gour students in Biblical studies, and constantly looking for ways to reach new students. He has a passion for the lost, and strives to see them come to know Christ. | |
| Bro. Bryan is married to Teresa which is his ever present help in the youth ministry. They reside in East Brainerd. | |
Worship Leader : Bro. David Privett

CSBC is fortunate to have a guy like Bro. David who works tirelessly to make sure our music minsitry is thriving. He does a great job putting together the special music services, orchestrating the week in and week out worship time, and giving God the praise while doing it. |

Secretary : Mrs. Alma Ingle
| Ms. Alma is the person you can count on to take care of things. She plays more than one role, and always has a smile doing it. Chances are, when you call the church, this is the voice on the other end of the line. When she takes a week vacation, it takes more than 1 to fill her shoes. God really does use Alma as the glue to our ministry. |  |
